Experience leading large-scale technical programs, including architectural governance, solution delivery, and stakeholder management. Hands-on experience with CI/CD practices, automated testing frameworks, and engineering quality processes. These will help you stand out Experience developing solutions using Python for data processing, automation, AI/ML integrations, or microservices. Knowledge of cloud cost optimization, observability, and site reliability engineering practices. Experience leading cloud migration and application modernization initiatives. Familiarity with highly regulated industries and mission-critical enterprise platforms. Strong mentoring, coaching, and technical leadership capabilities across distributed teams. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. ## Description As a Technical Lead Architect, you will make an impact by leading the design, modernization, and delivery of enterprise-scale platforms while driving technical excellence across cloud-native and distributed systems. You will be a valued member of the engineering leadership team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, DevOps teams, and delivery leaders to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions that support critical business outcomes. Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, providing architectural guidance, technical direction, and delivery oversight.
