## About the Role

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
 * At least 5 years of professional experience in an IT department or similar role ideally within a regulated environment (e.g. GxP)
 * Broad IT infrastructure knowledge with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
 * Fluency in spoken and written English and German
 * Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
 * Willingness to work on-site at least 3 days per week

Nice to have

 * Experience working in GxP-regulated environments
 * Experience with computerized system validation (CSV)
 * Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104, SC-900 or comparable)
 * Knowledge of ITIL-based service management processes
 * Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python)
 * Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
 * Interest in AI-enabled business solutions and emerging technologies

## Description

* Own and continuously improve assigned IT systems throughout their lifecycle, ensuring availability, security, compliance, and business alignment
 * Lead and support IT projects, including the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of digital solutions
 * Act as the primary interface between internal stakeholders and external IT service providers
 * Establish and maintain computerized system validation (CSV) processes and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
 * Coordinate system deployments, upgrades, and changes through structured change management processes
 * Provide technical support and guidance to employees while promoting efficient and secure use of IT systems
 * Create and maintain IT, quality, and validation documentation, including SOPs and work instructions
 * Monitor technology trends and identify opportunities to improve processes through modern, scalable, and future-ready solutions
