* Berufserfahrung in der stationären Patientenabrechnung, im Medizincontrolling oder als Medizinische Kodierfachkraft - auch engagierte Einsteiger mit fundierter Praxis- und IT-Erfahrung sind willkommen
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse im G-DRG-System (ICD-10 GM, OPS) sowie der relevanten rechtlichen Grundlagen (KHEntgG, FPV, PrüfvV, § 301 SGB V)
 * Sicherheit im Umgang mit Krankenhausinformationssystemen (KIS, z. B. iMedA) und Abrechnungssoftware
 * Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für klinische Abläufe von der Aufbereitung der Behandlungsdaten bis zur Abrechnung
 * Analytisches Denkvermögen, Kundenorientierung sowie Freude an der Beratung und Schulung von Mitarbeitenden
