The role ensures that staff, working groups, and relevant stakeholders have the knowledge, skills, and tools required to effectively develop, interpret, and implement FSC normative requirements. The position focuses on learning and development, competence verification, knowledge management, and the integration of competence development into core P&P processes to support quality, consistency, and organizational effectiveness.
