This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves to be in a dynamic environment, spends a lot of time in a lab and collaborates in a cross functional team (previous experience as a Test Engineer is required). The ideal candidate will add experience in Automated Test Equipment manufacturing that includes a mix of digital, analog, and RF circuitry, and at the same time will lead the internal NPI operation, from planning, execution to transfer. * Debug complex semiconductor test equipment from the system level down to the PCBA component level. * Investigate and resolve Pilot Production test issues and defect analysis. * Execute test at PCBA module and System level. * Analyze test log files. * Generate and present reports showing detailed test information. * Ability to problem solve through creative and analytical thinking. * Perform SW qualification plans and report bugs that could impact performance. * Lead Contract Manufacturer and Repair Center transfer readiness plan. * Train and support test engineers and technicians overseas on test execution and debug tools to facilitate production ramp-up.
