You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. This role will map existing systems, design optimization plans and implement automation in order to scale incoming ticketing volumes continuously maintain the pipelines and keep up with the tooling engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
