## Description

* Lead analytical projects that identify the drivers of business and portfolio performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
 * Extract, manipulate and analyse data using SQL, Python and Excel to support strategic and operational decision-making.
 * Support and evaluate test-and-learn initiatives, measuring outcomes against agreed performance indicators.
 * Develop and enhance reporting and dashboards to monitor portfolio performance, customer behaviour and process effectiveness.
 * Act as a subject matter expert in customer behaviour, operational analysis and business performance insights.
 * Ensure the accuracy and quality of analysis through robust validation, quality assurance and peer review.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver insight-led improvements and embed data-driven decision making.
 * Monitor and evaluate the impact of business recommendations and implemented changes.
 * Contribute to the development of advanced analytical tools and techniques to enhance understanding of customer behaviour, engagement, affordability and propensity to pay.
