Previous professional IT experience is desirable but not essential, and graduates are welcome. A postgraduate qualification is not required. Working alongside senior colleagues, you will help support the company's IT systems, business applications, servers, network infrastructure and user equipment. You will also assist with support for the head-office ERP system and routine database-related activities., * A degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related subject. * A good understanding of Windows operating systems, common desktop applications and basic computer networking. * Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills. * Clear written and spoken English, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users. * A helpful, professional approach to user support. * The ability to organise tasks, follow technical procedures and work effectively with colleagues. * A willingness to learn and develop practical IT skills.
