* Enrolled fullâ€'time in a Bachelor†s or Master†s program (e.g., Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Communication, Business Analytics, Logistics, Project Management) with availability of approximately 12 months
 * Strong Excel skills with confidence handling numbers and data; experience with Qlik or similar tools is a plus
 * Excellent PowerPoint abilities and a good eye for structure, visualization and design
 * Analytical mindset capable of turning raw data into meaningful business insights
 * Creative flair for storytelling, communication and marketing materials
 * Interest in transformation topics, AI, automation and digital ways of working
 * Very good written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus
 * Structured, proactive and handsâ€'on attitude with the ability to work independently and take ownership

## Description

* Support business and performance analysis using Excel, Qlik and other reporting tools to identify trends and opportunities
 * Prepare PowerPoint presentations and management materials, turning data and complex topics into clear, compelling stories
 * Assist in regional and global performance steering, including meeting preparation, followâ€'up and action tracking
 * Contribute to strategy and transformation initiatives through analysis, business case development and project coordination
 * Explore AI, automation and digital tools to simplify recurring processes and improve efficiency
 * Create engaging communication and marketing assets such as oneâ€'pagers, visuals and internal newsletters
 * Support the organization of workshops, global meetings and special events
 * Bring creative ideas to enhance analysis, storytelling and collaborative work methods
