The Compliance Manager (Deputy Data Protection Officer) plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority maintains the highest standards of information governance, data protection, information security and regulatory compliance. Reporting to the Head of Compliance and Data Protection Officer, the post holder leads the day-to-day operation of the compliance function, manages a specialist team, oversees information requests and data governance processes, and acts as Deputy DPO when required.
