You should be comfortable working with staff at different levels, explaining technical processes clearly and supporting colleagues who may have varying levels of system knowledge. You will need to demonstrate a positive, professional attitude and the ability to work independently while maintaining strong relationships across the service. Experience within Children's Social Care and a strong understanding of how case management systems support statutory children's services will be particularly important. ## Description Working across Children's Services, you will support approximately 400 users, helping staff to use Liquid Logic effectively and ensuring that system and data issues are resolved promptly.
