## About the Role

You will have a strong Systems Engineering background, supported by a relevant degree such as Systems Engineering, Aerospace, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.

You should have experience of:

Requirements development and derivation
Systems engineering throughout the development lifecycle
MBSE and systems architecture
Trade studies and technical analysis
Working across multiple projects or work packages
Communicating effectively with senior technical stakeholders
Experience with SysML/UML, Cameo, Rhapsody, UAF/NAF, DOORS-NG, MATLAB/Simulink or similar tools would be advantageous.
Experience working with software teams, research and development, modelling and simulation, AI/ML or complex engineering analysis would also be welcomed.

Your role will vary depending on the programme you support, giving you the opportunity to work across the engineering lifecycle rather than being tied to a single discipline.

Develop and manage complex system requirements
Plan and support system verification activities
Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) across programme lifecycles
Lead and contribute to technical trade studies
Support system architecture and subsystem definition
Define interfaces, technical KPIs and system-level solutions
Lead and coordinate engineering work packages
Contribute to research and development projects
Work closely with senior stakeholders, engineering teams and customers
