## About the Role

· Minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast paced office.

· Is willing to work towards the Institute of Residential Property Management qualification

· Experience of Microsoft Office applications including Access, Excel and Word.

· Experience in general office procedures including the use of e-mail.

· Must have experience of effectively communicating with a wide variety of individuals and organisations in writing, in person or on the telephone.

· Excellent interpersonal/communication and letter writing skills

· Ability to be assertive and confident when speaking on the telephone

· Ability to stay calm under pressure

· Ability to maintain confidentiality

· Ability to use initiative, prioritise workload and ensure deadlines are met

· Ability to work without supervision

· Ability to work as part of a team

· Must have a good sense of humour

## Description

· To receive and log all telephone calls from clients, placing work orders when necessary using the Qube software system

· To establish and maintain systems for monitoring orders, invoices, quotations, maintenance requests, minutes of meetings and complaints, logging information onto the Qube system

· To undertake word processing as required, dealing with routine letters and enquiries on behalf of the Property Manager including advising clients of work which may impact on them.

· To arrange for quotes/estimates to be obtained from contractors for works required in a timely manner

· To liaise and update with Directors of the Residential Management Companies

· To provide cover in the Site Supports office and reception during periods of absence.
