This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting safeguarding services that protect adults with care and support needs. As part of a dedicated team, you will provide high-quality operational and administrative support, helping to ensure that safeguarding processes are efficient, responsive and focused on achieving the best outcomes for the people we serve. About the Role As an Operational Support Officer, you will lead and coordinate a range of operational support functions, supporting the day-to-day delivery of safeguarding services. You will supervise operational support staff, provide specialist administrative advice, and work closely with managers and partner agencies to ensure effective service delivery.
