Experience with Helm, CloudFormation, or Ansible would be advantageous. * Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar tooling. * Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or other programming languages. * Experience administering source control systems such as Git. * Experience supporting cloud-based applications and infrastructure in production environments. * Practical experience using AI-assisted engineering, automation, or operational tooling. * Understanding of AIOps concepts including automated remediation, event correlation, and intelligent monitoring. * Exposure to AI agents, agentic workflows, AIOps tooling, or robotic process automation (RPA) concepts. * Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, and network connectivity. * Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
