This is an exciting opportunity to lead the establishment and ongoing development of an Automation Centre of Excellence (CoE), driving automation strategy, governance, and technical excellence across the organisation. This is a 5 month contract with the potential to extend and will be a remote role with occasional travel as required for stakeholder workshops and key programme activities. As the Technical Lead, you will provide strategic and technical leadership for the automation function, ensuring the successful delivery of a diverse automation portfolio while promoting best practice, innovation, and capability development. You will act as the Design Authority for automation solutions, oversee the UiPath platform roadmap, and support the organisation's transition towards a sustainable, in-house Automation CoE. Working closely with senior stakeholders, business leaders, architects, and delivery teams, you will play a pivotal role in shaping automation strategy, driving platform optimisation, and identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies including AI, Process Mining, and broader UiPath capabilities. This role also requires the consultant to complete both SC and NPPV3 security clearances prior to starting.
