Self Motivated - You'll be expected to manage your own time and constantly learn new technologies or improve upon existing ones.

You'll have an excellent knowledge of Ruby-on-Rails, JavaScript, jQuery, working with APIs (Stripe, Xero, Quickbooks, Oauth2 etc.), test-driven development, performance, debugging, refactoring, design patterns and other important programming practices.

You're able to rapidly build high-quality, fast and secure features and work hard to stay ahead of the market.
