## Description

We are seeking an experienced BA/QA Analyst to support the migration of Call Center, Retail, and Security applications from LDAP to Active Directory. The role combines business analysis, requirements gathering, software testing, data validation, and deployment support., * Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

 * Define and document security roles and access requirements.
 * Develop test scenarios, test cases, and testing documentation.
 * Perform manual and automated testing throughout the software testing lifecycle.
 * Conduct UI, backend/batch, data conversion, and ETL testing.
 * Perform black-box and grey-box testing.
 * Use SQL queries to validate data and investigate issues.
 * Manage test data across multiple testing environments.
 * Identify, document, and track defects using Jira.
 * Validate application deployments and support post-production activities.
 * Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and IT teams to resolve issues.
 * Maintain clear testing, requirements, and project documentation.
