Know-how in MLOps, Container-Technologien & CI/CD (Docker, Kubernetes)
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (nachweisbar mindestens C1-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
Praxiserfahrung in NLP, Computer Vision oder Generative AI wünschenswert

Entwicklung & Optimierung von Machine-Learning- und Deep-Learning-Modellen
Aufbau von End-to-End-AI-Lösungen (Datenaufbereitung, Modellierung, Deployment)
Integration von KI-Systemen in bestehende IT-Landschaften (Cloud, APIs, Microservices)
Entwicklung von Prototypen & Proof-of-Concepts mit Kunden
Automatisierung von Workflows & Implementierung von MLOps-Standards
Sicherstellung von Skalierbarkeit, Fairness & Transparenz in AI-Anwendungen
