## About the Role

* Minimum of 10+ years' experience in IT and project delivery.
 * Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects from initiation through to implementation.
 * Experience leading onshore and offshore delivery teams.
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
 * Previous experience within a retail organisation.
 * Expert knowledge of business processes across areas such as Finance and Supply Chain.
 * Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, governance, and best practices.
 * PRINCE2, APM PMQ (APMP), PMP, or equivalent project management certification.
