The role involves supporting end users of the business via phone, email or face-to-face, whenever they have issues or requests with their IT services. This involves identifying the appropriate solution to resolve the request or issue in the first instance and escalating to 2nd or 3rd line technicians when necessary. The role demands a person who is organised, loves to communicate, enjoys problems solving, and has a service first attitude.
