The Senior change and comms lead will be a highly experienced transformation professional, with a strong and demonstrable background delivering large, multi-year, business critical transformations., * Able to influence without formal authority (persuasive, consensus builder, good communicator) * Excellent organisational skills, including attention to detail and ability to see the `big picture' * Strong people management skills * Proficient in project management processes and associated tools (e.g. Microsoft project, Jira) * Deep understanding of how to manage change relating to technology implementations * Strong understanding of change management processes, specifically stakeholder management * Experience of leading change in relation to an ERP roll-out (preferably S4 HANA) * Experience in leading cultural shifts * Experience of managing large scale transformation programme would be preferred * Previous experience of working at a senior management level would be preferred * Highly organised with the ability to see `the big picture' and a strong focus on outcomes * Logical, analytical, and multi-tasking * Highly people focused * Must be able to think and plan strategically; yet possess a detail-oriented, pragmatic management approach. * Ability to travel to sites across the UK as required ## Description The Change and Communications Lead, is overall responsible for leading the entire portfolio of change management interventions, covering stakeholder engagement, communications, role mapping, process visualization and training on Project Vision with the intent of minimizing business disruption and supporting the effective introduction of S4 Hana across the business to an engaged stakeholder group.
