 * Experience with quantitative data workflows, dashboards, and reporting
 * A proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
 * Automation and process improvement experience

## Description

They're looking for a Data Operations Manager to join their team and take ownership of the operational delivery of large-scale, multi-market research programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with project delivery, process improvement, and stakeholder management.

You'll be involved in:

 * Survey scripting, data processing, reporting, and workflow automation
 * Managing complex research projects and mitigating delivery risks
 * Building and improving automation workflows and operational processes
 * Working closely with research, operations, and technology teams
 * Driving efficiencies and helping shape the future of research operations
