* Sie erfassen fachliche Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen und begleiten die konzeptionelle Planung und Umsetzung entsprechender Themen
 * Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der SAP HCM Landschaft, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalstammdaten und Payroll, sowie tiefgehende Customizing- und HR-Prozesskenntnisse
 * Gute Kenntnisse moderner HCM-Technologien und deren praktischer Anwendungsfelder
 * Analytische und konzeptionelle Stärke sowie fundierte Kenntnisse der deutschen Entgeltabrechnung
 * Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Services, Projekten und externen Partnern
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, professionelles Auftreten und sichere Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
