## Description

Leads the identification and implementation of optimal technical solutions for complex business challenges, ensuring seamless integration across systems. It involves developing and managing work plans for system upgrades and enhancements, overseeing configuration and maintenance across all environments, and analyzing workflows to improve processes and resolve operational issues. Responsibilities include authoring detailed specifications and documentation, designing and executing advanced test scenarios to validate system performance, and contributing to the development of technology standards and best practices. The position also provides input on resource estimation, ensures timely delivery of all tasks, and proactively addresses risks and variances to maintain project integrity., * Leads efforts to identify optimal technical solutions for complex business issues and ensures integration across systems.
