## About the Role

* Minimum 3 years of ICT accessibility testing experience.
 * Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
 * Deep understanding of Revised Section 508 Standards and WCAG 2.0 Level AA.
 * Proficiency with manual testing procedures including keyboard-only navigation and code review.
 * Expertise in evaluating and creating Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs).
 * Ability to document and interpret test results, and advise on remediation techniques.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical staff.

## Description

* Interpret federal accessibility standards and translate them into actionable technical guidance.
 * Develop accessibility design patterns, developer checklists, and UX guidelines for enterprise use.
 * Provide early-stage consultations for new digital services, systems, procurements, and communications.
 * Conduct technical reviews of designs, wireframes, prototypes, content, and digital products.
 * Support creation of accessibility playbooks and design system components.
 * Guide product teams through remediation and integration of accessibility requirements into SDLC.
 * Advise Test/QA Lead on test scenarios and criteria.
