## About the Role

* Two-year technical degree, trade school certification, or equivalent professional experience.

## Description

* Execute complex repairs, preventive maintenance, and diagnostic troubleshooting on high-precision analytical instrumentation.
 * Manage the end-to-end installation process for new systems, including hardware integration and software configuration.
 * Empower clients by delivering detailed training sessions on instrument theory, operational best practices, and routine maintenance.
 * Ensure seamless service delivery by maintaining precise inventory records, documentation, and technical reporting.
