(Required) Licenses, Certifications, Professional Affiliations * Agile or delivery certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalen (Preferred) * Platform or domain training in ERP/EPM, HCM/WFM, procurement, finance systems, merchandising, ServiceNow, or comparable applications.(Preferred) * Training in internal controls, change management, vendor management, and software contract fundamentals. ## Description The IT Solutions Owner leads the end-to-end delivery and ongoing improvement of enterprise applications supporting National Vision's corporate functions, including Operations, Finance, People Team, and Legal. This role serves as the primary connection between business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, ensuring technology solutions meet business needs and deliver measurable results. You will lead initiatives from discovery and planning through implementation, adoption, and ongoing support, using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods. Projects may include SaaS implementations, enterprise application upgrades, integrations, enhancements, and process improvements. This is a cross-functional leadership role that drives results through collaboration and influence rather than direct authority. What Would You Do?
