This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, working with people, and delivering high-quality customer service. Supporting employees and managers across the business, you'll play a key role in ensuring absence records are accurately maintained, queries are resolved efficiently, and attendance management processes run smoothly. Working within a fast-paced Shared Services environment, you'll manage absence-related administration, maintain employee records using the GoodShape absence management system, support attendance management processes, and provide a professional and responsive service to a wide range of stakeholders. Every interaction matters, and your attention to detail and commitment to excellent service will help ensure colleagues receive the support they need when it matters most.
