That means plenty of opportunity to see your work come to life across different businesses, industries and formats. You could be developing a brand from scratch, designing a website, creating a print campaign or producing assets for social media. You'll work closely with our wider team to turn ideas into thoughtful, effective creative work. We'd also love someone with an interest in photography, video or content production. You might already bring those skills, enjoy them as a hobby or be keen to learn. Strong design ability is the priority, so please don't rule yourself out if media production is new to you. The role You'll take projects from brief through to finished artwork, balancing creative thinking with attention to detail and an understanding of what the client wants to achieve. Your work will include: * Developing brand identities, visual concepts and brand guidelines, including opportunities to build brands from the ground up. * Designing websites and landing pages, working alongside our development team to bring them to life. * Creating digital assets for social media, advertising, email and wider marketing campaigns. * Designing print materials, including adverts, brochures, signage and exhibition graphics. * Adapting and developing existing brands, keeping work consistent across different channels. * Preparing accurate, production-ready artwork for print and digital use. * Contributing ideas, explaining your creative decisions and responding constructively to feedback. * Supporting photography, video and content projects, with your involvement shaped around your experience and developing interests.
