## About the Role

* 2 years of IT experience (or equivalent)
 * A diploma or formal education in IT-related field
 * Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
 * Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products

## Description

* Provide day to day desktop support
 * Handle inbound tickets and questions that are related to incidents or IT requests
 * Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
