You should be comfortable with rejection and follow-up persistence, and confident picking up the phone or walking up to someone at an event rather than waiting for inbound interest. This role suits someone with a genuine hunter mentality - ideally with existing NHS or public sector health IT relationships they can activate immediately., * A track record of hitting or exceeding new-business revenue targets in NHS/public sector health IT, health tech, SaaS, or B2B professional services. * Proven ability to reach senior decision-makers cold - via outbound calling, LinkedIn, networking, or direct approach - and convert conversations into pipeline. * Working knowledge of NHS procurement routes (G-Cloud, Digital Marketplace, CCS frameworks, ICB/trust tendering) or a fast willingness to learn them immediately. * Resilient, persistent, and comfortable being measured on hard numbers rather than activity metrics. * UK-based, willing to travel extensively to trusts and events. Desirable: * An existing personal network of NHS contacts in digital, IT, testing, or programme leadership roles that can be activated from day one. * Familiarity with EPR systems (Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, System C, TPP SystmOne, Meditech). * Experience selling services (not software/product) into the public sector. * Experience working with an offshore/nearshore delivery teams. ## Description The hire has a very clear mandate to grow revenue by winning new NHS clients and projects.
