The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the application's technical infrastructure, ensuring servers and associated systems remain operational, identifying and investigating system errors, carrying out routine troubleshooting, and liaising with the development team where more complex technical issues require resolution. The role will also support the commercial expansion in the UK and Indian markets. This will include liaising with prospective business customers, demonstrating the platform, assisting organisations with onboarding and subscriptions, and travelling within the UK to meet prospective clients.
