## Description

* Schedule and coordinate engineers for planned and reactive maintenance jobs
 * Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails from clients
 * Log and update service requests accurately in the system
 * Monitor job progress and ensure completion within agreed SLAs
 * Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
 * Assist with general administrative tasks as required
