This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose-led membership organisation within the museums and heritage sector. As Data Cleansing & CRM Migration Officer, you will contribute to a major CRM migration project, helping to ensure that thousands of organisational records are accurate, accessible, and ready for transition to a new platform., You will play a central role in preparing organisational data for migration from Dynamics to Salesforce. Working across approximately 3,000 museum records, you will help ensure data is complete, accurate, and correctly structured ahead of a significant CRM implementation., * Review, research, and cleanse approximately 3,000 museum records * Verify and update key organisational information, including addresses, websites, admissions pricing, ownership structures, and contact details * Collect, collate, and validate data from multiple sources and spreadsheets * Analyse large datasets and identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and missing information * Use Excel functions, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs, to support data review and analysis * Support the creation of organisational hierarchies within a new CRM system * Prepare and validate records for migration to Salesforce * Maintain exceptional levels of accuracy through detailed data checking * Work closely with colleagues to ensure project objectives and deadlines are achieved, * Contribute to a significant CRM transformation project * Support an organisation with a meaningful mission and sector-wide impact * Benefit from flexible hybrid working arrangements * Gain valuable experience in large-scale data migration and CRM implementation * Work within a collaborative and supportive team environment * Opportunity for contract extension depending on project requirements f you're ready to use your data expertise to support an organisation making a real difference across the UK's museums sector, we'd love to hear from you.
