## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie erste Berufserfahrung
 * Zertifizierung als Scrum Master oder Agile Coach (z.B. CSM, PSM, ICP-ACC oder ähnlich) und erste Erfahrung in agilen Entwicklungsumgebungen, idealerweise im technisch- oder softwaregetriebenen Umfeld
 * Tiefes Verständnis agiler Werte, Prinzipien und Frameworks sowie Erfahrung mit Jira und GitLab, Kenntnisse in DOORS/MagicDraw von Vorteil
 * Empathisches Auftreten, ausgeprägte Moderations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Fähigkeit, Teams zu befähigen (Coaching statt Kontrolle)
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Unterstützung und Coaching mehrerer agiler Teams bei der Anwendung von Scrum, Kanban oder hybriden Methoden
 * Förderung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Teamprozessen, Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation sowie Moderation von Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews und Retrospektiven
 * Sicherstellung effizienter Workflows in GitLab (z.B. Sprint-Boards, Burn-Down-Charts, Velocity, Pipeline-Ergebnisse) in Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, Technical Managern und DevOps Engineers zur Beseitigung von Impediments
 * Unterstützung beim Reporting von Team-Performance und Fortschritt (Flow-Metrics, Burn-Up, Lead Time) sowie Förderung einer Kultur der Eigenverantwortung und Transparenz
 * Enge Abstimmung mit dem Management zur Weiterentwicklung der agilen Organisation und Skalierung agiler Arbeitsweisen (z.B. SAFe, LeSS)
