## About the Role

* Secondary Education
 * Between 5 years and 15 years of IT service support experience.
 * English is the standard working language and therefore a C1 level is required
 * Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, statistics, business intelligence, or a related field.
 * Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools.
 * Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows and standard IT hardware.
 * Experience with ticketing and IT service management tools.
 * Basic knowledge of user and access management (e.g. Active Directory/Entra ID).
 * Ability to troubleshoot common hardware, software and connectivity issues.
 * Knowledge of VPN, remote access, collaboration tools and basic IT security principles.
 * IT service desk, user support and incident/request management
 * Microsoft 365, hardware/software and basic network troubleshooting
 * User access and IT asset management
 * IT documentation and reporting
 * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests
 * Attention to detail and accuracy
 * Proactive and solution-oriented approach
 * Teamwork and collaboration

## Description

* Follow up on incidents, service requests, changes and ticket backlogs.
 * Monitor open tickets and response and resolution times.
 * Prepare basic service performance reports and identify recurring issues.
 * Coordinate operational follow-up with IT support teams.
 * Manage user access and permissions for confidential SharePoint sites.
 * Support basic SharePoint administration and maintain related documentation.
 * Provide operational support to the IT Service Manager and help reduce administrative workload.
