## Description

* To answer calls and emails on the helpdesk to create an exceptional customer experience.
 * To ensure that the customer is at the heart of everything we do - Putting the Customer First'.
 * To follow standard working practices.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

 * To answer calls and emails from colleagues and customers in a timely and professional manner.
 * To pass calls to other colleagues, following our internal processes.
 * To log tickets using our CRM system and record details.
 * To track and monitor tickets using our CRM system to ensure a timely resolution.
 * To use the technology as required.
 * Provide an efficient, accurate and customer focused first point of contact.
 * Receive and process customer property repair requests by email and telephone.
 * Provide information about Vertas services to internal and external customers.
