Leadership & Soft Skills: * Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. * Ability to influence technical direction and gain buy-in from diverse audiences. * Confident decision maker with a proactive and solutions-focused approach. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands. * Collaborative mindset with a passion for developing others. * Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical leadership.
