## About the Role

* University degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
 * Minimum of 6 years' experience in project development, engineering, business analysis, finance, or a related discipline.
 * Experience supporting projects through planning, analysis, and execution phases.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to interpret technical, operational, and financial information.
 * Experience preparing budgets, cost analyses, and business recommendations.
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

 * Experience working with complex or bundled solution sales.
 * Knowledge of project management methodologies.
 * Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, building technologies, or solutions-based environment.
 * Familiarity with financial modelling and business case development.

## Description

As a member of our development team, you will support the successful delivery of projects through a combination of engineering, process, and financial analysis activities. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will contribute to the assessment of new opportunities, evaluate design requirements, and help develop cost-effective project solutions. You will perform high-level analysis of bundled sales components, supporting decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to influence project planning, budgeting, and execution while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the business., * Support project development activities across engineering, operational, and financial workstreams.

 * Conduct technical, process, and financial analyses to support project planning and execution.
 * Evaluate bundled sales opportunities and provide insights to improve overall project value.
 * Assist in assessing new project opportunities, including feasibility and design requirements.
 * Support budgeting activities by developing cost estimates and analysing project expenditure.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
 * Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for project stakeholders.
 * Monitor project data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
 * Contribute to risk assessments and support mitigation planning.
 * Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and project requirements.
