## Description

As a Systems Co-ordinator, your responsibilities will include:

 * Maintaining and improving quality-related documentation and records
 * Managing calibration certificates, equipment maintenance records, certificates of conformity and standard reference materials
 * Supporting gap analysis, software validations and spreadsheet validations
 * Performing calibrations, drift analysis and risk assessments
 * Supporting witnessed assessments and uncertainty of measurement budgets
 * Managing check testing and trial participation
 * Supporting annual UKAS audits, including organising auditors and coordinating evidence for improvement actions
 * Coordinating ISO 17025 accreditation schedule extensions where applicable
 * Assisting with the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures
 * Working alongside the Health, Safety & Environmental Manager and senior business area managers to ensure health & safety requirements are met
 * Maintaining personal training and competency records
 * Purchasing and verifying standard materials
 * Completing COSHH records where required
 * Working to agreed deadlines while responding effectively to changing priorities
