## Description

We're looking for a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join a small, friendly IT team, providing day-to-day technical support to users across the business., * Provide 1st line support across hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and user accounts

 * Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, escalating more complex problems where required
 * Set up equipment, onboard users and provide general technical support
