A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation You'll have the following skills/experience: · Intermediate level of IT skills and IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft (MS Teams, MS Office, Excel, MS Outlook.) · Strong data entry skills · Excellent IT skills including database management · Good general system administration skills · Excellent customer service skills, By joining us you can look forward to a choice of flexible Bank shifts across any of our client Trusts in England, as well as the ability to develop professionally and gain experience in several wards or areas. ## Description The post holder will provide support for the Trust's People Systems including the Workforce Management system, ESR, ESR Self Service and E-expenses acting as an in-house service desk, resolving user queries and escalating issues internally and to the software supplier as required. In addition to this, the individual will be required to support the development of the system and its use making recommendations for systems improvements and recommending solutions to ensure the optimal use of People systems across the Trust. The post holder will also be responsible for running the payroll process and managing day to day payroll queries. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of centrally held data in the systems.
