In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic HR team dedicated to delivering care, confidence, and connection across our communities.

What you'll be doing

As a key player in our HR team, you will:

 * Support the design and delivery of data conversion and migration activities across organisational hierarchy, position management, and related HR data domains.
 * Analyse current-state data structures and assist in mapping data from legacy systems into our future-state platform.
 * Lead and support data cleansing activities, enhancing data quality, completeness, and consistency to ensure migration readiness.
 * Help create and maintain organisational hierarchies, position structures, and associated governance frameworks.
 * Collaborate with Systems Integrators, IT teams, and third-party partners to support migration, configuration, and deployment activities.
 * Contribute to configuration and system build activities, ensuring data requirements are considered throughout implementation.
 * Participate in testing activities, supporting data validation, defect resolution, and business readiness activities.
 * Produce and maintain documentation relating to data mapping, migration activities, organisational structures, and business processes.
