You'll ideally have: * Previous experience in an IT Manager or similar senior IT role. * Experience managing and developing an IT team. · Previous Experience of Salesforce Technologies. * Strong hands-on technical knowledge and a willingness to get involved in the detail. * Experience managing IT infrastructure, systems and suppliers. * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Experience delivering IT projects and implementing new systems. * A good understanding of IT security and data protection. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical colleagues. * A practical, proactive approach and the ability to prioritise effectively. * The confidence to take ownership and make decisions. * A genuine interest in improving how technology supports the wider business. ## Description We're looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Manager to join our team and take ownership of our IT function as we continue to grow. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing and being hands-on.
