 * Advanced knowledge of Cisco Telephony (CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, Cisco SBS, TRP)
 * Good knowledge of licensing models & certificates.
 * Good knowledge of SIP/H323 protocols, security as well as system administration.
 * Knowledge of VMware
 * CCNP Voice
 * Team Management/ People Skills....etc

## Description

* Resolve Level 2 Telephony / Video Conferencing Oriented Incidents
 * Support hardware or application tshooting.
 * Respond to customer escalations
 * Participate in Telephony / Videoconferencing Projects
 * Assist the operations teams on an ad hoc basis.
 * Ensure the sanity of the Telephony / Videoconferencing infrastructure.
 * Management of the local team and sharing of skills.
 * Vendor & L3 escalations when needed.
