## Description

Join our People team and play a key role in maintaining and developing our HR data and organisational structures across multiple HR systems. From supporting large-scale projects and building position structures to ensuring data integrity and delivering critical insights to operational teams, you'll be at the heart of keeping our people data accurate, efficient, and future-ready.

Based at our Northampton Head Office, this hybrid role offers the best of both worlds, with the flexibility to split your time between the office and home while working as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

If you're passionate about HR systems, data quality, and delivering exceptional support, we'd love to hear from you., * Manage the creation, maintenance and amendment of position structures across multiple HR systems, including Oracle Fusion and SuccessFactors

 * Support large-scale projects by coordinating mass position creation activities and maintaining associated position databases
 * Conduct regular data integrity checks, audits and cleansing activities to ensure the accuracy and compliance of position data
 * Partner with HR and operational teams to provide guidance, training and support on position management best practice
 * Collaborate across the HRIS and People Services functions to deliver accurate reporting, continuous improvement and exceptional service
