## Description

Als KI-Anwendungsentwickler (m/w/d) entwickeln Sie innovative KI-basierte Anwendungen, die unsere Geschäftsprozesse effizienter, intelligenter und zukunftsfähiger machen. Sie übersetzen fachliche Anforderungen in praxistaugliche Lösungen, integrieren moderne KI-Technologien in bestehende Systeme und begleiten Anwendungen von der Idee bis zum produktiven Einsatz. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit den Fachbereichen zusammen und gestalten aktiv die digitale Weiterentwicklung unseres Unternehmens.
Tätigkeiten

 * Entwicklung, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von KI-gestützten Anwendungen
 * Identifikation sinnvoller KI-Use-Cases in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen
 * Aktives Vorantreiben der KI-Kultur und Denkweise im Unternehmen
 * Prototyping, Testing und Produktivsetzung von KI-Lösungen
 * Programmierung von Backend- und ggf. Frontend-Komponenten
 * Nutzung von KI-Tools zur Unterstützung der Entwicklung (z. B. Code-Generierung, Testing, Analyse)
 * Bewertung neuer KI-Technologien und Frameworks
 * Dokumentation, Wissensaustausch und ggf. interne Schulungen
