Desired: * 8+ years of testing experience with at least one large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or Oracle ERP Cloud implementation. * ISTQB Foundation or Advanced certification. * Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or Oracle Load Testing. * Experience performing Section 508 accessibility testing using ANDI, axe, or JAWS. * Knowledge of federal HR processes including payroll, benefits administration, and personnel action workflows. * Experience with parallel payroll validation methodologies and automated payroll comparison testing. * Scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or Groovy for automation and data generation. * Experience with Oracle Cloud technologies including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) in enterprise HCM or ERP environments ## Description CACI is seeking an HCM Test Automation & Quality Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM platform being deployed across the federal government as part of the HCM modernization program. This platform supports pay, benefits, and career management for federal civilian employees across multiple agencies, leaving zero room for defects in production. In this role, you will design and execute comprehensive test strategies-including functional, integration, regression, performance, security, accessibility, and user acceptance testing-within a SAFe Agile continuous testing framework. You will build automated test suites, execute parallel payroll validation, ensure Section 508 accessibility compliance, and coordinate UAT with agency stakeholders. Every Oracle quarterly update, every agency migration wave, and every integration endpoint must be fully validated before reaching production.
