## About the Role

Do you have experience in VBA?, * Minimum GCSEs in Maths and English

 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
 * Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
 * Ability to manage multiple data sets and reporting requirements

Desirable:

 * Knowledge of DSA mail processes
 * Intermediate skill in MS Excel to include VBA / Power Pivot / Power Query
 * SQL Studio Manager to include running scripts and processes

## Description

As a Data Analyst (Mail), you will be responsible for producing high-quality reports and data insights that support operational decision-making and client reporting. You'll work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure accurate forecasting, performance tracking, and service delivery metrics., * Produce daily reports on collected volumes and service performance metrics

 * Monitor and report on key service level indicators and forecasting accuracy
 * Respond to client and internal queries within agreed service levels (SLA)
 * Compile monthly reports aligned to client specifications and financial data
 * Prepare quarterly reporting packs for client review presentations
 * Develop ad hoc and bespoke reports for stakeholders
 * Perform reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
 * Support operational teams with handover and performance data reporting
 * Provide financial reporting insights based on data analysis
 * Support the Senior Mail Ops Team Leader with service level reporting
